Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just choose the email box account you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
